Revenue Manager

Prestigious US law firm is looking to hire a Revenue Manager to handle all London and European billing and revenue control on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Revenue Controller or current Revenue Manager looking run a small team and have a commercial involvement in the firm's evolving revenue strategy.

Located close to all City mainland stations

Agile Working – 3 days in the office, 2 remote

Salary from 70k-85k DOE

The Revenue Manager will work directly with the Finance Director on the full revenue cycle and collaborate with Partners to meet monthly billing targets.

Revenue Manager duties will include:

  • Manage the London offices' revenue cycle of partners client accounts portfolio across billing, ebilling, and collections
  • Research, identify and take necessary steps to resolve obstacles to prompt, high quality billing that is compliant with SRA guidelines, and to reduce WIP
  • Work closely with partners, London accounts team, legal and support staff to resolve any issues such as process transfers, write-offs, adjustments and narrative amendments
  • Negotiate special billing and payment arrangements with Partners for key clients and timely follow-up according to established schedule
  • Support the Finance Director with providing commercial analysis, insight and advice to assigned partners regarding client service, and financial performance in terms of client revenue and realisation
  • Contribute to the efforts to improve the overall performance and service levels of the London finance team

Revenue Manager requirements include:

  • Five+ years of related billing and revenue control experience, preferably with experience of managing / supervising a team of billers / revenue professionals within a law firm.
  • Strong technical billing and revenue knowledge with 3e
  • Commercial approach possessing excellent client facing skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with interruptions and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, autonomy and independence
