A leading law firm with a fantastic culture are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 14 month FTC, working across both business services and fee earning recruitment.
About the Role
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role provides recruitment support across a variety of practice groups alongside working on projects. Duties include:
- Responsibilities include: Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
- Managing end to end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing
- Advising on job and candidate specifications and process improvements
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases
- Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
- Championing best practices in recruitment across the business
- Driving forward diversity and inclusion initiatives
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role with exposure to recruitment in a law firm environment from either agency or in-house. Strong candidate management and interpersonal skills are essential.
