Key responsibilities for a Membership Advisor

  • To receive and respond to enquiries through multiple platforms
  • To support the team in meeting its growth and membership retention targets
  • To support customers in understanding the products, services and benefits available to them
  • Make outbound telephone calls to customers

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Experience with managing multi-channel enquiries - phone, email, online chat and social media
  • Organised

  • Excellent communication skills
