Job Advert: Night Care Assistant - Residential Service, Hull
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care? Howard Finley Care is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our clients team at a welcoming residential care service in Hull. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent position, working 3-4 nights per week, including alternative weekends.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Night Care Assistant
- Location: Residential Service, Hull
- Hours: Full-time, 3-4 nights per week (8:00 pm - 8:00 am, occasionally 7:00 pm - 7:00 am depending on service needs)
- Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents during the night
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs throughout the night
- Assist with medication administration (training provided if necessary)
- Maintain accurate care records and follow all safety guidelines
- Support with light household duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care role is essential - however full training will be provided
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- Availability for shifts from 8:00 pm - 8:00 am (or occasionally 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
