Job Advert: Night Care Assistant - Residential Service, Hull

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care? Howard Finley Care is looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our clients team at a welcoming residential care service in Hull. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent position, working 3-4 nights per week, including alternative weekends.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Night Care Assistant
  • Location: Residential Service, Hull
  • Hours: Full-time, 3-4 nights per week (8:00 pm - 8:00 am, occasionally 7:00 pm - 7:00 am depending on service needs)
  • Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents during the night
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs throughout the night
  • Assist with medication administration (training provided if necessary)
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow all safety guidelines
  • Support with light household duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care role is essential - however full training will be provided
  • A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends
  • Availability for shifts from 8:00 pm - 8:00 am (or occasionally 7:00 pm - 7:00 am)
