Field Sales Advisors (B2C) - Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Broadband Provider
Locations: London, Bristol, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Nottingham
Salary: £28,000 base + On-Target Commission c£20,000-£45,000 per annum, (currently achievable)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM (field-based role)
About the Role
We're recruiting passionate Field Sales Advisors on behalf of our client, a dynamic and award-winning broadband provider, to drive sales and boost brand awareness in residential buildings. As the face and voice of the company, you'll engage directly with potential customers, promoting cutting-edge broadband services, building rapport, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve face-to-face sales, distributing promotional materials, attending resident events, and gathering valuable customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and boost conversion rates.
- Complete a daily schedule of customer visits (target: 100 doors per day, 3 sales conversions).
- Maximise every customer interaction to drive sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of the service to potential customers.
- Promote the unique advantages of the broadband product.
- Collect and report customer feedback on brand, pricing, and competitors.

What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a knack for tailoring your approach to customer needs.
- Experience explaining products or services to close sales.
- Strong complaint and feedback handling skills.

- A solid academic background.
