The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently on the hunt for a Service Reception Host for a client of ours, a family-owned business based in Lee-on-the-Solent! Be the welcoming face of a friendly company and enjoy a rewarding role with a supportive, local community.
Motor trade experience desirable, but not essential for this role.
Responsibilities of a Service Reception Host:
Manage service administration tasks efficiently
Order and track parts inventory
Communicate effectively with suppliers
Handle reception duties and greet customers warmly
Coordinate with the workshop team
Keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress and collection status
Schedule and manage service and MOT bookings
Maintain and organise the service diary
Process customer payments securely and accurately
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, delays, and other relevant information.
The Package:
Hourly rate dependant on experience and up to £12.50!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:30pm] & NO WEEKENDS!!
