We are looking for production operatives and laminators to join our manufacturing client in Winkleigh.
Having your own transport is necessary as the client is in a rural location, however there is free parking on site.
- Job Title: Production Operative / Laminator
- Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 42.5hrs/per week
- Job Type: Temp to Perm; Full time
- Pay: £11.44 (bonus available once perm)
- Location: Winkleigh
Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
- Working with fibreglass
- Spraying wet mixture of resin and fibreglass
- Wood Work and Assembly
- Assembling pannels into units
- Manufacturing and fitting panels on the GRP housings.
- Assembling the GRP housings
- Requires manual handling
- Full training and PPE is provided
Requirements of the Production Operative:
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Labourer or Roofer Experience beneficial
- Able to do Manual Handling tasks
- Previous Production or Manufacturing Experience
- Experience or familiarity with power tools
- Must have own transport due to location of the site
- Strong work ethic
- Enjoy DIY
