We are working with one of the fastest growing Specialist Mortgage lenders who are looking to recruit a Telephone Business Development Manager to join their team!
If you are experienced within the Mortgage industry, and have a track record in a sales role, then this could be the ideal next step for you in your career!
We are looking for someone adaptable to change, willing to work in a fast paced and competitive market, with the get up and go to develop business with a designated area, shared with the Field based BDM. As Telephone Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to your field based counterpart with Mortgage applications and broker management
- Managing pipeline of Mortgage applications and sales
- Actively engage new introducers over the telephone, arranging face to face appointments with the BDM where needed
- Represent the business with virtual events and roadshows
- Work towards a group target, for which you will earn some competitive commission, to help the business meet their lending targets
Our ideal Telephone Business Development Manager will be:
- Experienced within the UK Mortgage market in some capacity (personal mortgages do not count- sorry)
- An excellent communicator, especially via telephone and email
- Intuitive and organised
- Proficient with using a CRM system
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
