Description

As the National Transport Planning Manager, you will,

  • Develop and implement logistics plans to optimise fleet utilisation
  • Support depots to adopt new ways of working
  • Analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • As a result of the above, advise the leadership team on areas of investment (training, systems, new depots)

Profile

A successful National Transport Planning Manager will be,

  • Proven in transport planning for a depot network
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven in developing fleet utilisation
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations.

Job Offer

12 month fixed term contract, circa £65,000 + package
