Description
- Manage the FP&A and Accounting functions for the site
- Business partnering with Operational stakeholders
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Reporting entity figures to group
- Preparing business reviews and providing commentary
- Conduct business modelling and risk assessments
- Play a significant part in budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Liaising with auditors and improving controls processes
- Develop strategies to improve financial health
- Streamline financial processes
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ICAS)
- Expertise in financial management and risk analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial legislation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
