Teach Plus are currently working with a reputable primary school located in Ealing who are seeking a Nursery Class Teacher for September.
The school is a two form entry, nurturing, supportive and welcoming primary school that has a nice community feel to it. They offer a rich and broad curriculum that provides children with opportunities to explore, be inquisitive and reflective. The senior leadership team have a strong focus on staff wellbeing and put in place different processes to help manage the workload.
They are looking for a Nursery Class Teacher to join them from September, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, have recent teaching experience within EYFS in a primary school and be dedicated to the school.
As a Nursery Class Teacher you will be required to:
- Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the UK EYFS National Curriculum
- Plan for continuous provision with enhancements opportunities for our pupils
- Use a range of different primary class teacher strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
- Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
- Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the Nursery Class Teacher role will have:
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Recent Nursery Class Teacher experience within a primary school setting
- A strong work ethic who is willing to commit for at least one academic year
- UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
