A role has become available for an experienced NetSuite Administrator with solid skills looking for a new, exciting challenge in a fast-growing business. We need someone with a strong background in managing NetSuite systems, ideally with experience with Celigo as a Middleware to connect Amazon to NetSuite. You will ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise during high-volume periods.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Address and resolve any NetSuite-related issues that arise, particularly during peak order periods.
  • Manage and optimise Celigo integrations between Amazon and NetSuite, troubleshooting any integration problems. Having Celigo Integration experience is an advantage, not a necessity.
  • Work closely with a Systems Specialist to develop and implement system improvements and efficiencies.
  • Proactively monitor and manage system errors, particularly during high-volume months, to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving issues within NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with Celigo as a Middleware and its integration with NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
  • Ability to work effectively with the Systems Specialist and other team members to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Analytical abilities, preferably with previous programming or scripting experience
  • Experience in data analysis and ETL processes
  • Data mining proficiency
  • Technical documentation experience, such as UML or similar (Use Case, Process Flows, State Diagrams)
  • User requirements gathering
  • Integration experience, preferably with Amazon systems
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
