SEN Tutor QTS - Essex, Epping

�? Job Opportunity for SEN Teachers in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell �?

Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We're seeking qualified teachers with QTS and experience in SEN to join our team in the Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell areas.

Role Overview:

  • Utilize your expertise to work in 3-hour blocks, providing 1:1 support to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.
  • Engage with students in their homes or neutral settings like community libraries, fostering a comfortable and conducive learning environment.
  • Tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each student, with block durations ranging from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of their requirements.
  • Commit to the provided timetable, ensuring consistency and reliability in your support for the students.
  • Students will receive no more than 15 hours of support per week, enabling focused attention and progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with SEND students.
  • Flexibility to work with both Primary and Secondary students, with expertise in core subjects being advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both with students and within the organization.
  • Enjoy the freedom of shorter workdays while delivering impactful support.
