Key Responsibilities:
???�? Supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.
?? Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans.
?? Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
?? Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
�? Encouraging and motivating students to engage in learning activities.
Requirements:
?? A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
?? Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
?? Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
�? No formal teaching qualification required, but a strong commitment to supporting SEN students is essential.
