Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide concise, practical, and persuasive legal advice to clients.
- Draft complex documents with minimal guidance, utilizing appropriate precedents.
- Apply a commercial mindset to research, ensuring advice's relevance and accuracy.
- Delegate, coordinate, and supervise junior team members' work when necessary.
- Assist Partners in client marketing and business development efforts to expand the team's client base and referral network.
Person Specification:
- Qualified lawyer in England and Wales (or equivalent), ideally with a minimum of 6 years' PQE, though they welcome candidates with less or more experience.
- Possess a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-tier client service in line with our team's reputation.
- Exhibit a strong focus on surpassing client expectations, with evidence of anticipating client needs and problem-solving.
