Exciting Opportunity: FP&A Manager
We are thrilled to announce a unique opportunity with a business, currently undergoing an exciting phase of change and transformation. We are seeking a dynamic professional for an immediate start on an initial 3-6-month project. This role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and offers a chance to make a significant impact on the financial planning and analysis functions.
Key Responsibilities - Partnering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business leaders and senior executives to develop and deliver budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Financial Planning Systems:
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial planning systems and tools.
- Ensure the quality and delivery of financial information.
- Assist the Head of FP&A with various tasks and projects as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Design, develop, and implement strategies to improve financial processes.
- Enhance internal reporting and KPIs for valuable insights to external stakeholders and senior management.
Business Transformation:
- Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Reconcile financial data across different systems and sources.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure business initiatives.
- Design and implement data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Manage external reporting processes and timelines.
- Collaborate with financial teams to deliver top-notch reporting and forecasting processes.
Experience:
- Proven track record in a similar role such as FP&A Manager, Senior FP&A Analyst, or Senior Finance Business Partner.
- Qualifications CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
