Exciting Opportunity: FP&A Manager

We are thrilled to announce a unique opportunity with a business, currently undergoing an exciting phase of change and transformation. We are seeking a dynamic professional for an immediate start on an initial 3-6-month project. This role reports directly to the Head of FP&A and offers a chance to make a significant impact on the financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities - Partnering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and senior executives to develop and deliver budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Financial Planning Systems:
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of financial planning systems and tools.
  • Ensure the quality and delivery of financial information.
  • Assist the Head of FP&A with various tasks and projects as needed.

Process Improvement:

  • Design, develop, and implement strategies to improve financial processes.
  • Enhance internal reporting and KPIs for valuable insights to external stakeholders and senior management.

Business Transformation:

  • Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Reconcile financial data across different systems and sources.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure business initiatives.
  • Design and implement data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Manage external reporting processes and timelines.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to deliver top-notch reporting and forecasting processes.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in a similar role such as FP&A Manager, Senior FP&A Analyst, or Senior Finance Business Partner.
  • Qualifications CIMA, ACA, ACCA
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
