Senior IT Engineer
Caerphilly / Hybrid - 2 days WFH

About you:
- Someone reactive and proactive in their technical support
- Can help and mentor junior 1st and 2nd line engineers with ticket escalations and technical progression.
- Contribute to the business as a technical innovator, achieving mastery of your role, and taking ownership of all deliverables.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Office 365.
- Experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Ability to troubleshoot IT networks and infrastructure
Key Tasks
- Install/configure software remotely.
- Support client applications and software.
- Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers and application deployment.
- Assist with network issues and VLANs.
- Setup, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs.
