Join a leading global financial services firm in the West End as a Temporary Executive Assistant supporting a busy team of three Directors. This 3-6 month contract offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong EA background in financial services and a love for managing multiple moving parts.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll expertly manage schedules, prioritise conflicting demands, and keep things running smoothly.
- No detail will be missed under your watch-you'll ensure Directors are always prepared.
- Coordinating global travel plans and crafting seamless itineraries will be second nature.
- You'll be the go-to person for Directors' contacts, ensuring professional, prompt communication.
We're looking for someone with top-notch organisational skills, the ability to stay flexible in a whirlwind of changes, and a track record of supporting senior-level executives. If you're confident, self-motivated, and ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you!
Pay rate: £24-£26 per hour, plus holiday pay accrual.
