Data Analyst

£35,000 - £40,000
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst for a permanent role with a well established company in Leeds.
As a Data analyst your role will be to liaise with all areas of Interface to provide information reporting deliverable to both internal and external stakeholders. This is on both a routine and ad-hoc basis and will involve delivering varied data sets in different ways. These reports will be used to measure the value of work the client is providing to show the outcomes of reviews and to analyse performance indicators internally.
Key Responsibilities (not limited too)
- Maintain/strive to improve an understanding of all major areas of analysis and statistics. This includes certain tools used for this; MySQL, Excel, VBA and other BI tools.
- Liaise with technical and non-technical staff at all levels to understand and interpret analysis and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that report outcomes of reviews.
- Maintain, develop and be responsible for key reporting streams used both internally and externally.
- Work on the creation and maintenance of summary reports, which must be designed to be clinically sound in highlighting patient care delivered by our clinical pharmacists.
Skills and competencies:
Essential skills:
- Good experience with using a spreadsheet software tool (such as Excel & VBA)
- Good experience with a relational database system (MySQL)
- Good experience with an interactive dashboard software (preferably Tableau)
- MySQL
Desirable skills:
- Experience providing customer support and administration for web-applications
- Experience of advanced database functions
- Knowledge or experience of the healthcare industry (preferably long-term conditions)
