Senior Business Analyst.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of IT system related business projects, communicating and collaborating with the wider business to assist with proposals for systems change, development and integration. In order to be successful in the role you'll need to come from a technical background with a strong understanding of technical solutions, whilst also being able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers alike.
Your duties as Senior Business Analyst will include:
- Assisting in delivering IT related business projects as part of the business development team.
- Reviewing all areas of business to analyse information, requirements, business impact and processes.
- Offering support to proposals of systems change, development and integration.
- Communicating effectively with project stakeholders to share ideas and information.
- Documenting user requirements and process flows in the agreed format.
- Identifying the impact of proposed change initiatives and discussing these with different departments.
- Assessing project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, offering mitigating actions and solutions whilst taking ownership of individual items where appropriate.
Skills / qualities in order to be successful:
- At least 5 years' experience within a similar position (preferable).
- A strong technical background with the ability to understand and relay information from stakeholders to developers.
- Experience using ERP / MRP (preferable).
- Lots of experience of data analysis and IT systems.
- A confident approach to communicating with all types of individuals.
- Ability to work on own initiative effectively.
- A professional but personable communication style.
In return as the successful
Senior Business Analyst
,
you will receive an excellent salary of between
£60,000 - £70,000
per annum depending on experience. You'll be working on a
hybrid working pattern
Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5:15pm, with an early finish at 3pm on a Friday!
