I am lookingfor a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the existing Sales Team within a fast-paced environment. This person will form an important and integral part of an expanding business and at an exciting time within the company's history.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify business sectors for broadband, utilities, government/defence along with direct and indirect sell including system integrators.
- Search potential market areas for telecom opportunities.
- Attend industry events & conferences to network & promote products & the business.
- Build relationships & stay up to date with new products and technologies.
- Creating sales forecasts & actively work towards reaching them and presenting sales information to the Senior Management Team.
- Active participation in completion of Tender applications received into the business.
- Deliver in person & online Sales presentations with prospective & existing customers.
- Work alongside our engineering team to find resolutions and solutions for all new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in the Telecoms sector would be desirable.
- Strong sales and business development skillset and experience
- Excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
- Solid IT skills & knowledge of necessary software including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint & statistical analysis software.
- Management/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business management would be advantageous
