Job Title: Landscape Planner (senior/associate)
Start - ASAP
Location: Hybrid - home + 2 days per month for team catch up in Kent
Salary: £35K to 50K depending on experience
This is a full time position - 5 day week
Are you an experienced Landscape Planner who is keen to work for a dynamic and creative studio, where you will have the opportunity to make an impact working on a range of exciting projects? If so the this role could be for you!
Experience/Attributes Required:
- Commercial experience as a Landscape Planner covering urban & strategic site appraisals and completing detailed reporting including advice notes and opportunity & constraints plans.
- Experience of green belts, EIA development and scenic landscape designations.
- Ability to work with internal and external parties to progess projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop strong client relationships
- Team player
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Full clean driving licence
