Credit Controller - Flexible working

We are working with an excellent, reputable client based in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the finance team which is made up of 3 staff members, plus some additional directors, payroll and HR. They are a friendly, supportive office and are looking for someone with a proven track record in credit control.

Duties included:

  • Chasing clients for payment via telephone and email
  • Taking card payments over the telephone
  • Management of daily cash receipts
  • Uploading invoices
  • Matching payments coming into all accounts
  • Sending monthly statements to clients
  • Supplier statement reconciliation's
  • PA/Admin duties for the director (assisting with emails, booking meetings, answering telephone calls)
  • Assisting with upcoming projects
  • Other adhoc duties
