We are working with an excellent, reputable client based in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the finance team which is made up of 3 staff members, plus some additional directors, payroll and HR. They are a friendly, supportive office and are looking for someone with a proven track record in credit control.
Duties included:
- Chasing clients for payment via telephone and email
- Taking card payments over the telephone
- Management of daily cash receipts
- Uploading invoices
- Matching payments coming into all accounts
- Sending monthly statements to clients
- Supplier statement reconciliation's
- PA/Admin duties for the director (assisting with emails, booking meetings, answering telephone calls)
- Assisting with upcoming projects
- Other adhoc duties
