Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve contract disputes.
- Maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Provide contract management training and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
- 5+ years in contract management, preferably in construction or architectural steel.
- Strong contract law knowledge, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
