My client is looking for a Appeals Administrator for a debt recovery company in the UK. The role involves responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices, analysing case by case data, and collating the relevant written response.
The Appeals Administrator will be responsible for responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices, analysing case by case data, and collating the relevant written response. The role will involve working within the Appeals Team and may also require operating a customer service phone line to provide advice on how to appeal. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise tasks, work on their own initiative, and manage a busy workload. They will be required to perform to KPIs and have good written communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and computer experience.
Key Responsibilities
