Finance & Payroll Administrator - £19 per hour.

Equivalent of £34 500. This role is temp to perm. It is totally office based. No hybrid working.

Working for a wonderful Membership Organisation in Kingston-upon-Thames. Close to Richmond Park. Nearest station is Norbiton.

Help to support the organisation's financial operations by ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing invoices, and handling payments efficiently.

As a Finance and Payroll Administrator, you'll be a key part of the Finance team, ensuring all financial and payroll tasks are handled meticulously. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who is comfortable working with numbers and committed to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Administration (75%):

  • Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and control petty cash.
  • Reconcile accounts, maintain purchase ledgers.
  • Handle bank reconciliations.
  • Provide training and support to regional treasurers on accounting software.
  • Coordinate company credit cards and oversee financial records and reports.
  • Assist with budget preparation and ensure proper financial governance.

Payroll Management (25%):

  • Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with tax and pension regulations.
  • Manage payroll changes, deductions, and allowances.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for audits.
