Reed Harrow is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in facilities recruitment. In this role, you'll focus on recruiting for positions within schools and local authorities, including premises managers, cleaners, and maintenance operatives.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
- Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
- Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
