Description
- Handle a variety of property disputes, ensuring all cases are managed effectively.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property law matters.
- Liaise with other professionals and departments to ensure optimal client service.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop innovative legal solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in property law.
- Manage own caseload which will comprise a mixture of housing and leasehold management.
- Property litigation including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, cases before the FTT and non-contentious matters such as policy advice.
Profile
A successful Property Disputes Associate should have:
