Office Account Administor

Our client a family run market leading egg distributor based in Hatfield Heath are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator .

This position will be paying £13.50 per hour.

The hours are Monday to Friday 0800-1400 hours a day, flexible start time and finish time.

To be suitable for this position you will need to:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Customer account management experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience with SAGE for invoices and cash payments

Previous experience using Sage would be an advantage and will be seen as a desirable skill, however training can be given for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the general administration work in the office
  • Customer and Supplier Account management and reconciliation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Customer and Supplier invoicing and receipts
  • Customer Service with both suppliers and customers
  • Up selling customers
  • Dealing with customer payments
  • Cash handling
  • General Admin Duties

Due to the remote location and lack of public transport links of the company, you would need to have your own transport.
