We are currently recruiting for a leading provider of life insurance solutions, dedicated to helping individuals and families secure their financial future. They are committed to offering personalised and comprehensive insurance products to meet the diverse needs of their clients. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and experienced Life Insurance Closer to join their team.

The Life Insurance Closer is responsible for finalising sales with potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms of the life insurance products. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of life insurance policies, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. The successful candidate will be a goal-oriented professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in our life insurance products, answer their questions, and guide them through the final steps of the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best insurance products for each client's situation.
  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of life insurance policies to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and documentation for policy issuance.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
