Sales Executive

Beeble is looking for a Sales Executive to join them on a part time, temporary basis in Holborn, London.

This role would initially be for 20 hours per week from August through to December with the opportunity to increase hours and become a permanent role.

Beeble is a family-owned business in London specialising in unique honey-infused spirits like honey whisky, honey rum, and honey tequila. We emphasise sustainability and ethical beekeeping, using real honey and the finest spirits. As a certified B-Corp, we support eco-conscious practices and community initiatives. Our products are available through over 300 independent retailers across the UK.

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Accounts Executive with a focus on both off-trade and on-trade sales, plus event management. You will manage current customer relationships, prospect new customers, and drive sales in our peak-season from September to December.

Based from our Holborn office, the role involves occasional field visits in London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Off-Trade Sales:
? Manage and grow relationships with existing off-trade customers.
? Prospect and close deals with new customers, including farm shops, white label and gift shops.
? Develop sales strategies and meet monthly targets.
? Monitor market trends and maintain CRM records.

On-Trade Sales:
? Visit bars, restaurants, and venues to promote Beeble products.
? Build relationships and negotiate terms with on-trade customers.
? Train on-trade staff to enhance product knowledge.

Event Management:
? Plan and execute Beeble's participation in trade shows, markets, and events.
? Handle logistics and engage with event attendees to promote Beeble products.
? Collaborate with the marketing team on event materials and strategies.

Skills and Experience:
? A passion for sales, preferably experienced in the spirits or FMCG industry.
? Understanding of off-trade and on-trade sales.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
? Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak season.
? Ability to travel within the greater London area.
