Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor with specific experience in the tile industry. The ideal candidate will be ‘hands-on' with Forklift experience and will act as the representative for our operations within a shared warehouse environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including organising schedules and delegating tasks.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all warehouse machinery, including forklifts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and quality management.
- Coordinate with other tile companies within the shared warehouse to optimise space and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our company within the shared warehouse environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and handling procedures in compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, specifically within the tile industry.
- Valid Forklift operator certification and hands-on experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work the required hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 5pm.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
