Property Manager WANTED!
My client hosts 200 years experience within the property / estate management industry and is looking for a motivated, experienced team player to join their office as a Property Manager!
Do you have:
- Leasehold Block Management experience?
- A strong understanding of managing residential properties?
- An understanding of property legislation and regulations?
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance?
If you answer YES to any of the above you could be the perfect fit to be a Property Manager! Check out the below responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients regarding contracts/financial management
- Carry out routine inspections and prepare reports
- Create Service Charge budgets
- Oversee Major Works plans
Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700
