Description
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Managing an Assistant Accountant
- Developing detailed financial forecasts and budgets
- Performing variance analysis and providing financial insights
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Supporting the annual audit process
- Assisting in the development of strategic plans
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Collaborating with other departments to improve financial performance
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
