- System Implementation and Integration:

Oversee the implementation and integration of new systems into the financial systems and on-going system releases, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity

Collaborate with Warner Technology team and Financial Control teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality
- Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive financial information

Provide finance system data to support the mid-year and year-end financial audits
- Users and Master Data Management:

Creating and keeping all master data in ERPx up to date

Creating, maintaining access and deleting users to ensure security across the systems
- Continuous Improvement:

Implement best practices for system usage, automation, and optimization

Regularly assess and enhance system performance to meet evolving business requirements
- General ledger :
- Alongside Finance Systems Product Owner, collaborate with the system unit to manage relationships and stay abreast of updates and enhancements
- Training and Development:

Develop training programmes for end-users to maximize system utilisation

Provide ongoing support and education to ensure users are proficient with the finance systems
