Reed Business Support is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based business in their search for an Office Administrator.

This is a permanent role

100% office based

£21,000 - £24,000

The successful Office Administrator will ideally have 6 months + administration and customer service / retail / hospitality experience in a busy and fast paced office.

Typical duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints relating to administration
  • Liaising with third parties in relation to requests, answering calls and other administration work
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Using company standard templates
  • Greeting customers to the office, registering prospective customers, arranging appointments
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by your line manager

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Good administration skills
  • First class interpersonal /communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A warm and friendly demeanour
  • The ability to multitask
