Reed Business Support is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based business in their search for an Office Administrator.
This is a permanent role
100% office based
£21,000 - £24,000
The successful Office Administrator will ideally have 6 months + administration and customer service / retail / hospitality experience in a busy and fast paced office.
Typical duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints relating to administration
- Liaising with third parties in relation to requests, answering calls and other administration work
- Preparing legal documents
- Using company standard templates
- Greeting customers to the office, registering prospective customers, arranging appointments
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by your line manager
Ideally you will have:
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good administration skills
- First class interpersonal /communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- A warm and friendly demeanour
- The ability to multitask
