My client is searching for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a passion for beautiful designs to join a friendly and supportive team in York. The award winning, RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio of Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage projects for clients across the UK. The practice has a reputation for providing creative, innovative designs that exceed every client's expectation.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience and will have exceptional creative design flare. You will have brilliant illustrative skills and should be confident in your technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Sufficient experience - either post Part 1 or 2 qualification
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Prepare applications, designs and illustrations with the support of senior team members where needed
- Live within a commutable distance of York
- Confidence to learn and progress your career
- Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
