Hours: 37.5 (09:00-17:00)

Salary:43,000 to 47,000 + Car Allowance

Are you passionate about matching talent with opportunity? Restore Technology is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RBP or Senior Recruiter eager to take the next step in their career.

We welcome applicants from both in-house and RPO backgrounds. This role will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment and talent strategies for the Restore Technology brand. The Recruitment Business Partner will work closely with our wider resourcing teams across the Restore group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from warehouse operatives to back-office recruitment.
  • Work closely with our wide resourcing teams on strategic goals such as early careers, onboarding, and other value-added areas.
  • Be a champion for process within the Restore Technology group.
  • Support with training of new and existing recruiting managers to ensure excellent recruitment decisions are made.
  • Consistently drive quality of service by identifying possible risks, holding managers to account, and addressing issues as they emerge.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders, from senior leaders, the People team, operations managers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Background in internal or RPO recruitment, demonstrating a track record of successful placements.
  • Strong data/MI skills to interpret recruitment data, both to manage the service levels from our Talent partner, as well as supporting the business to make effective talent acquisition decisions.
  • Proficiency in managing volume recruitment campaigns, with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
