- Has been part of transitions and/or programs where has played program management and governance roles
- Review the existing contracts for the Project and highlight if we see any risk around legal and operational items and/or anything which are unclear, which can be picked up to mitigate
- Work with the Delivery team on the contractual obligations specific to the Project are clearly understood and complied with by both and customer, monitoring compliance throughout the transition phase
- Front end for some of the key discussions which might be led in the local language around any disputes or conflicts that could arise between service providers, customer, and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact when it comes to local language dependencies when it comes to discussing contracts which are ear-marked for novation.
- Work with the Delivery teams to fine-tune the Knowledge transition and related timelines of the KT around transition plan and its services
- Contribution to the PMO team- directly or indirectly- transition activities across multiple OpCos.
- Reaching out and coordinating with the Customer POCs for clarification when it comes to contractual queries and building up of the plan.
- Eventually be part of the transition pan to be the POC from Delivery team
- Work as a part of the Delivery Team
- Had had experience in working on Infrastructure projects (End user Computing, Networking, Cloud)
- Have worked in a Global Environment/ interaction with Offshore teams
