We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our client primary school in Watford. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons, working closely with the class teacher.
- Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to students.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Support the development of educational resources and assist with assessments.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications, such as HLTA status or equivalent.
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential.
