Exciting Opportunity: HLTA Needed in Watford!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our client primary school in Watford. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons, working closely with the class teacher.
  • Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the development of educational resources and assist with assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as HLTA status or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a primary school setting.
  • A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential.
