Procurement Administrator
My client, a global insurance provider based in BD3 are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated person to join their Procurement Team on a 6-month temporary basis.
As a Procurement Administrator, you'll be a key player in helping the procurement team run smoothly and stay compliant. This role is all about using your organisation, communication, and administrative skills to support a variety of procurement tasks across the business. They are looking for someone who is confident using Microsoft Office, experience in insurance is desirable but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Process
- Help out with coordinating procurement activities, like preparing purchase orders and making sure everything follows policies.
- Keep procurement databases up-to-date, including supplier details and records.
Supplier Management
- Reach out to suppliers for product or service info, like pricing, availability, and delivery times.
- Assist in sorting out any issues with the procurement process or supplier performance.
Cost Management
- Help with preparing cost reports and managing budgets.
Documentation and Reporting
- Keep accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
- Assist in putting together regular reports for management.
Support and Coordination
- Provide admin support to the procurement team and help with coordination tasks.
- Assist in preparing procurement documents.
- Work with other departments to make sure everyone's on the same page with procurement activities.
Monday- Friday 8.45am – 5.00pm (45 minutes unpaid lunch) Hourly rate £11.44 (Full year salary £22,308)
Immediate start and will be required to complete a credit check.
