Litigation Solicitor -
Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus Bonus

The firm has an already established and thriving department, they have high quality non-CMC work and a positive working environment.

Requirements
- The ideal Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 3 years PQE within EL/PL work.
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.
- Genuine tenacity.
- A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Ability to handle EL fast-track cases. Although a non-portal caseload - the successful candidate must have experience of the portal.
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.
- You must be able to work under limited supervision
- Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
- You must be able to work to targets and deadlines
