Page Personnel is partnering with a highly reputable business based in Havant with their recruitment of a Credit Controller on a temporary basis. This is a high chance this will go permanent for the right candidate. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will play a pivotal part in a small team collecting a backlog of outstanding payments.

Our client has a high reputation within their field. Based in Havant, not far from the M27 and public transport routes, the offices boast plenty of on site parking. Due to a busy period they require more help.
Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Chasing outstanding debt via email and phone
- Building customer relationships with a focussed outcome on collecting monies in a timely manner
- Reviewing and adjusting payment plans as and when necessary
- Allocating incoming cash into the right account
- Escalating non-payments to the Credit Manager and starting the legal process
- Other adhoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar position and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Be able to build customer relationships
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to use IT effectively
