We are on the lookout for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our retail teams across two key locations in Haywards Heath and Horsham. This is a pivotal new role within our organisation, offering the right candidate the opportunity to significantly shape their career and our business. Day to Day of the role:

  • Oversee the management of two stores, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
  • Act as a key holder, managing store security and operations.
  • Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead training and development of staff, and support seasonal recruitment efforts.
  • Manage inventory and execute effective retail operations.
  • Assist with merchandising and window displays to enhance visual appeal.
  • Maintain store standards and cleanliness, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Play a key role in our sustainability efforts, setting targets and leading by example to reduce environmental impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle a busy retail environment with a flexible mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Good organisational and planning skills, with a capacity for critical thinking.
