Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and complete construction projects, including refurbishments and new builds.
- Team Leadership: Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
- Problem-Solving: Apply effective problem-solving skills and innovative solutions to address project challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and new build projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in managing budgets and schedules.
