An exciting new opportunity has just become available for an Installations Manager.
This company are key players within the Industrial Door, Loading Bay and Gates and Barriers industry and have worked hard to build a strong reputable brand that is continuing to go from strength to strength.
This position will be based within the Loading Bay division. Previous industry experience is required.
Installations Manager (Loading Bay) Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overseeing Loading Bay Projects and Installations
- You will be responsible for effectively managing and guiding a team of engineers and other staff
- Ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
- Ensure training and development plans are in place
- Take a proactive approach in handling customer disputes
- Ensure that everyone is complying with the Health and Safety regulations at all times
- Approve subcontractor and hire invoices
- Support the South and North coordinating teams
- Reporting job progress
- Offer technical support
Installations Manager (Loading Bay) Skills and Experience:
- You will have experience leading, motivating, engaging, and nurturing a diverse team of engineers and other staff
- Experience with Loading Bay installations
- Previous experience managing processes and procedures
- Desirable - Loading Bay NVQ L2 in Installations
