**Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phone Calls: Manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous responses to inquiries.
- Taking Payments: Process penalty notice payments for school absences efficiently and accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Customer Service: Provide support and assistance to parents and guardians regarding school policies and procedures, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and maintaining records related to school absences and payments.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with parents, guardians, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all.
**Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively and clearly over the phone.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multi task and manage time effectively while handling various responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in payment processing and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
