Play an important part in our journey
As the HR Systems Assistant, you'll be an integral member of our systems team. Together we maintain and administer multiple HR systems that support around 6000 employees.
This is an entry level admin role. You will deal with the external HR systems that feed into our main HR system - ResourceLink. Such as the Application Tracking System (ATS) that you will use to apply for this position! This role is all about delivering the very best service to our people and providing a positive employee experience across our systems. Any experience with Eploy would be beneficial
You'll be responsible for :
- Responding and solving issues raised by users relating to the external HR systems (Eploy (ATS) and Rotageek (Time & Attendance)
- Identifying and resolving any data errors identified between ResourceLink and our external HR systems
- Creating and maintaining process notes of your admin tasks
- Providing training materials for the external HR Systems for users. Creating materials and solving usage queries aiming to encourage self-service of all users
- Making sure the external HR systems are kept up to date, through both user and system configuration
