Responsibilities:
- Helping to develop and execute content plans for educational programs and conferences, globally. This includes generating original ideas for worthwhile conference themes and topics; developing and writing detailed session concepts for panel discussions and other formats; and identifying and recruiting appropriate speakers.
- Providing speakers with feedback and support to ensure relevance and an appropriate level of rigor.
- Leading content prep calls with confirmed speakers and moderator to assure achievement of program learning objectives and key takeaways.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with a network of external advisors and senior professionals with proven expertise
Required Experience:
- Proven experience of speaker curation and coordination
- Experience of producing content
- Knowledge of and interest in financial markets and investment management issues, with a global perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills including extensive experience of senior level stakeholder engagement.
