POSITION: Accounts Assistant
SALARY: Up to £25,000
LOCATION: Market Harbrorough - Le16
FULL TIME / PERMANENT
Office Based
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant
- checking, coding and entering purchase invoices
- completing supplier statement reconciliations
- raising customer orders
- processing employee expense claims
- processing credit card purchases
- set up new suppliers & customers
- booking in deliveries for despatch
- assisting the Financial Controller with month end activities
- maintaining daily worksheets
- assist with the processing of daily production stock figures using bill of materials on Sage
- provide general administrative support to the Financial Controller
